Blending Heritage and Craftsmanship

When OAC reached out about restoring the Leona Condominiums, we were thrilled to help preserve this 1909 landmark with modern craftsmanship.
After a century of wear, the original windows and doors were beyond repair—so we partnered with Marvin to design and install 42 custom units from the Ultimate Collection, complete with ebony-clad exteriors and pine interiors.

With OAC, Tatley Grund, Bee Engineering, and Marvin, we brought this vision to life. In 2025, Engineer Marta Dzheneva was presented the Outstanding Stewardship Award from the Queen Anne Historical Society.
Proud to be part of a project that blends heritage and craftsmanship.
