Cherry Creek Door & Window warranty coverage requires that you follow General, Storage, and Finishing Instructions.

WINDOW COMPONENTS

We offer a 2-year guarantee on all Cherry Creek products. This includes every part of our product from hinges to glass failure. The 2-year guarantee covers all material and labor costs while repairing your windows. Touch-up painting after repairs are the customer's responsibility.

GLASS FAILURE

We offer a 10-year warranty on glass seal failure. For the first 2 years after purchase, every part of glass replacement from materials to labor is covered, with the exception of touch-up painting. From 2-10 years after purchase glass costs are covered by Cherry Creek, and the customer is responsible for labor costs and touch-up painting. Current labor rates are $65/hour with a minimum of $120.
