We did, that's why we started Cherry Creek Door and Window Company. Operating from its workshops on Vashon Island, Washington, Cherry Creek was founded over 29 years ago on principles that favor traditional design and construction. Modern high speed machinery and mass production systems have made meticulous craftsmanship a thing of the past. At Cherry Creek, we continue a philosophy that favors principles of the craft over cutting corners, and puts design and aesthetics before speed of production.

The design and fabrication of quality wood and decorative glass doors and windows remains our full time passion. Each Cherry Creek door or window begins with carefully seasoned Douglas Fir grown in the Pacific Northwest. Douglas Fir costs more and takes longer to cure than other wood, but it repays you with stronger, longer lasting, more beautiful wood doors and windows.

At Cherry Creek we produce our own decorative glass inserts. Each piece is hand-crafted with care, authentic to the last detail by skilled craftspeople who appreciate working with their hands. Cherry Creek's leaded and beveled thermal glass adds warmth and style, blending old world charm with contemporary energy efficiency. Our ability to design and craft both wood and glass products under our own roof gives us complete quality control... a unique feature in our industry.
