We offer 10% off for an undetermined delivery date while space is available. If you are not in a hurry to get your windows we will deliver your windows at our convenience before the summer of the following year. This allows us to fill gaps in our production schedule and is only available while space is available. Ask our sales personell about availability.

For all national brand products, Cherry Creek's pricing is competitive. It is our knowledge and experience that sets us apart.

For our own Cherry Creek product line, price comparisons are a little tougher because they are not quite apple to apple. However, when comparing another manufactures product that is upgraded to include some of the standard features of a Cherry Creek product, our pricing is comparable or less.

Some details that set our product apart: We provide a solid clear vertical grain fir window with non-ferrous hinges and solid brass and bronze hardware. We always use cope and stick joint work becuase it is much stronger than mitered joints. We build custom sizes for no additional charge. If you take these features into consideration while shopping around you will find that our prices are very competitive.
