• How long is my quotation valid?
  Quotations are valid for 45 days.
• How can I get a quotation?
  You can email us, come into our showroom, or call us. We also provide a free in home estimate service in the Seattle area. contact us
• How do I turn a quote into an order?
  Get in touch with your sales person and let them know you are ready to order.  They will draft your final order for reveiw, and supply you with all the paperwork you need.
• Can I change my order once it is in production?
  Any changes after the order is released to production are subject to additional fees.  The fee will vary depending on how far into production your order is.  Contact your sales person.
